Pre-Opening Services

Choosing Furniture Fixture Equipment & Operating Equipment

Once your hotel is built, we have to prepare and install the furniture, fixture and operating equipment (known as FFE & OE) that are required to run the hotel. Our team will assist you in selecting the right sources to acquire the appropriate FFE and OE based on our standard with the best value.

We will also make available to you a Brand Visual and Communications guideline to ensure consistency in all marketing collateral and communications channel. A brand consistency is important to create trust and credibility of your hotel.

Sales, Revenue & Distribution

We will provide centralised sales, revenue & distribution system to support each property to be able to increase revenue and promote its presence in the market place. You will be represented in trade shows, exhibitions, travel mart and other group sales activities to ensure that each Unity Hotels' property be presence and known in the market.
