Unity Hotels & Resorts is part of a group of established and well-known companies in Indonesia, which has nearly 40 years of experience in designing and building various prestigious commercial and industrial projects.
It began with PT Kajima Indonesia, established in 1975, which provides design, engineering, construction and development of office buildings, condominium, educational complex and industrial facility. The long history and rich experience has given the company an international recognition. Some of the notable projects include Senayan Commercial Complex (Plaza Senayan and Sentra Senayan Office Towers), Senayan Apartment, Thamrin Tower and the new Fairmont Hotel.
The second milestone of the group is the establishment of PT Airmas Asri, an architect firm in Jakarta, in 1988. Over the years, the company has grown rapidly to become one of Indonesia's foremost architectural consultants. Airmas has repeatedly demonstrated its ability to provide world-class services on competitive terms as the sole architectural consultant on major projects. The firm has been entrusted with the sole responsibility for the design and development of a large number of prestigious projects in a wide range of sectors, including hotels, shopping centers and apartment buildings, such as The Ritz Carlton Kuningan Jakarta, Conrad Bali Resort, Senayan City, Plaza Senayan, Residence 8 at Senopati and The Pakubowono Residence.
Our passion in hotel management began with Atlet Century Park Hotel Jakarta. Built in the late 1980s, the government intended to use the building as athlete’s dormitory. In 1991, our company, PT Lingga Hamparan Krida was appointed to manage the property as a 3-star hotel. Through continuous renovation project and expansion of facilities and services, Century Park Hotel became one of Jakarta’s renowned 4-star hotels as it is today.
Unity Hotels & Resorts, under its parent company PT UNITY Property Management, was born in 2012, combining the experience of our sister companies in designing and building hotels and resorts with the passion in hospitality industry.

Spaces are designed with a warm and inviting contemporary air, clean lines and a restrained palette with splashes here and there of colours and décor icons that create a subtle Asian sensitivity.
